Rich Jones

Founder & Lead Agent, NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor

Rich Jones is a licensed attorney and NFL/NIL Agent from Philadelphia who brings a unique blend of legal expertise and player advocacy to Rich Sports Group. With advanced training in taxation and estate planning, Rich helps athletes build lasting wealth beyond the game by protecting their earnings, brands, and futures. A proud Penn State graduate, he founded RSG with one mission: to guide athletes with integrity, strategy, and long-term vision on and off the field.

Raymere Thomas

Director of NIL Services

Raymere is a FAMU College of Law graduate and former college football player with hands-on experience as a personal injury attorney. Originally from Atlanta and now based in Orlando, he combines his legal background and football experience to help high school and college athletes navigate NIL opportunities the right way. At RSG, Raymere leads our NIL services, focusing on protecting athletes’ interests while maximizing compliant, long-term brand and income opportunities.

Jamaal Dubose is a Maryland-bred entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling luxury-focused businesses. As the founder of Elite Auto Vault, an executive and luxury transportation service, and Imperial94, a boutique wine brand, he’s led high-end experiences for hotels, corporate clients, weddings, and VIP events. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in cybersecurity, Jamaal blends technical discipline with sharp business instincts, overseeing operations, strategy, and partnerships across multiple ventures. At Rich Sports Group, he applies his expertise in hospitality, branding, and client service to elevate the agency’s business operations and create impactful, long-term value for its athletes and partners.

Jamaal Dubose

Haley is an aspiring sports agent and certified personal trainer with a passion for athlete advocacy and development. A Florida Atlantic University graduate with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, she is preparing to attend law school to combine legal training with her sports and fitness background, using her experience in communication, relationship-building, and motivation to support RSG athletes and their families on and off the field.

Haley Waddell

Director of Client Services & Football Operations

Jasmine Jones is a New York–based sports and entertainment publicist with over 10 years of PR experience working with professional athletes, major brands, and high-profile events. She has led press and marketing campaigns for PUMA, FOX, Roc Nation Sports, the NFL Super Bowl, NBA Draft, BET Networks, Rolling Loud, and more, bringing deep expertise in media strategy, talent relations, and event coordination. At RSG, Jasmine leverages her relationships and storytelling instincts to elevate the agency’s brand and maximize visibility for its athletes on every platform.

Jasmine Jones

Troy Still

Director of Player Development

Troy Still is a former two-sport athlete at Valley City State University (football and track) who has built a strong reputation as a coach and mentor. He has served as defensive backs coach and defensive coordinator at Woodrow Wilson High School, helping lead the program to three state championships, and later became the founding head coach at Mastery High School in Camden, where he established a disciplined, competitive program focused on player growth. Most recently, he has worked as defensive backs coach and defensive analyst at Camden High School, continuing his commitment to developing student-athletes and preparing them for the next level.
